결핵 고위험국가 35개국 35 Countries are at High risk of Tuberculosis 결핵환자가 인구 10만 명당 50명 이상이고 국내에서 취업, 유학 등 집단 활동을 하는 체류자격 소지자가 많은 국가 및 세계보건기구(WHO)가 지정한 다제내성결핵 고부담국가 Countries considered high risk of those with more than 50 Tuberculosis patients per population of 100,000, and with a large number of sojourn status holders engaged in group activities such as employment of studying abroad, and countries with high burden of multidrug-resistant Tuberculosis as designated by World Health Organization(WHO).

결핵예방접종(BCG 접종) Tuberculosis vaccination (BCG vaccination) 우리나라는 모든 신생아(생후 4주 미만)에게 BCG 접종을 권고 Korea recommends BCG vaccination for all newborns(less than 4 weeks old). 1. 무료지원 BCG : 피내용 BCG* Free support BCG : Intradermal BCG* 『어린이 국가예방접종 지원사업』 지원 백신, 경피용 BCG는 무료 지원 대상 아님 A vaccine supported by the 『Children’s National Vaccination Support Project」 , Percutaneous BCG is not eligible for free administration 2. BCG(피내용)의 지원 대상(사업대상자) BCG (Intradermal) support target (project target) 생후 59개월까지, 3개월 이상 영유아는 TST검사 결과가 음성인 경우 지원 Up to 59 months of age, infants over 3 months of age are supported if the TST test result is negative

외국인 대상 BCG 접종 BCG vaccination for foreign 외국인 등록번호 발급자(면제자 포함) 중 사업대상자에 해당할 경우 보건소 및 위탁의료기관에서 접종 시 지원(내국인과 동일) Assistance for vaccination at public health centers and consignment medical institutions in cases where foreign nationals have an alien registration number (including exemptions) who are eligible project targets (same method as for Koreans) 외국인 등록번호가 없는 경우, 보건소에서 임시관리번호 발급 후 보건소에서만 무료접종 가능(위탁의료기관에서 접종 시 지원 안 함) If you do not have an alien registration number, free vaccination is available only at public health centers after issuing a
